Turn Around Time & Refund Policy

At Little Moon Tarot, we are dedicated to offering outstanding service and supporting individuals within our community.  It's important to note that once a reading is purchased, we absolutely offer no refunds. (Unless specified otherwise) This decision is made to uphold the positive and focused energy that we aim to provide to our clients.

Since this is our full-time profession and primary source of income, requesting refunds after booking a reading can disrupt the harmonious flow of energy we strive to maintain. We kindly request that when you decide to purchase a reading, you do so with a readiness to engage energetically and understand that the turnaround time may vary depending on the volume of reading requests and what is going on in our personal lives. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated as we continue to serve and support our community to the best of our abilities.

What I need to fufill your reading - SEE DISCRIPTION OF THE READING YOU PURCHASED!

Sending me the needed information listed in the discription of the reading you booked is a crucial step in ensuring I can send your reading & connect with your energy. You can send this information via the CONTACT header on our website. Please make sure to complete this immediatly after booking. (after submittg, I will email you so you can send me the needed images)
If we don’t have the needed information on file, your appointment will be considered a no-show. Also, double-check that your email address is correct—common errors like ".con" can cause email bounce-backs. Take your time with this; there's no need to rush. We do NOT offer refunds if you fail to complete this crucal step on time. 

Turn-Around Time

Our turn around time varies since energy is a constant changing cycle. We try to maintain a 3-5 business day turn around on average but it CAN exceed this. We communicate effectively with our clients throughout this process but refunds are ONLY permitted if your reading is more than 14 buissnes days past booking.

Photos

Please ensure that you send a clear photo of yourself without any filters, stickers, add-ons, glasses, masks, or other people included. It's best to use a recent photo that you might upload for a modeling agency portfolio. Submitting a photo that doesn't meet these guidelines may result in a delay with your reading as it can make it more difficult to connect with your energy.

Refunds for readings, even if they are deemed incorrect, will not be accepted as the time and energy for the reading have already been expended.
